Welcome to SANA SANA STUDIO. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SANA SANA STUDIO, trading as T.J Horne & L.R West. SANA SANA STUDIO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. SANA SANA STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms” or “Terms of Service”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and made-to-order product conditions.

However, due to handmade and plant-dyed processes, colors, textures, and appearance may vary and differ from screen representations. Variations are a natural characteristic of our products and do not constitute faults.

All products are made-to-order or limited run. Production times typically range 3–5 weeks and may be longer due to cultural or seasonal holidays observed by our artisan partners.

Descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot normally accommodate cancellations once your order is accepted, except for rare production issues.

All purchases are for personal use only. Commercial resale, mass reproduction, or export without prior permission is prohibited. Customers may resell items on second-hand platforms like Depop.

 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Australia

  • Free shipping Australia-wide

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

International

  • Flat-rate international shipping applies

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges

  • We are not registered to operate business outside Australia

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

 

 

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Natural variations, handmade imperfections, or plant-dye characteristics are not considered faults.

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including images, text, logos, graphics, videos, and branding, is the property of SANA SANA STUDIO, its affiliates, or licensors.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

SANA SANA STUDIO’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks and may not be used without prior permission. Customers may share images on social media with credit, and we may reuse customer-generated content for marketing unless requested otherwise.
