Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with SANA SANA STUDIO. As a brand specializing in high-quality, made-to-order garments, we operate on a pre-order model with defined manufacturing cycles. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Order Fulfilment: The Three-Phase Process
Your order fulfillment process has three distinct phases. The total time until delivery includes both the Production Time and the Shipping Time.
Phase 0: Order Acceptance
Your order is received and held in queue until the pre-order cut-off date is reached. Manufacturing is always batched for sustainability. Orders received after the cut-off date will be fulfilled from available stock or allocated to the next manufacturing run.
Estimated Timeframe: Until the next Pre-Order Cut-Off Date listed on the product page.
Notification: We will notify you via email when your order is officially accepted into a production batch.
Phase 1: Production (Made-to-Order)
This is the time required for our atelier to expertly craft your garment as part of the production batch. Manufacturing begins after the cut-off date.
Estimated Timeframe: 4–6 weeks.
Phase 2: Shipping & Delivery
Once the entire manufacturing batch is complete and garments pass the final quality check, your order is dispatched via your selected shipping method.
Estimated Timeframe: Varies by destination (see Section 3 & 4).
Notification: We will send a final email notification with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
2. Order Processing
Processing Time: Once the garment is manufactured and ready for dispatch (Phase 2), orders are processed and handed to the courier within 5 business days.
Business Days: We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch): 3–7 business days
Cost: $10–$15 or Free on orders over $100.
Express Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch): 1–3 business days
Cost: Dependant on location.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
Delivery Time: International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Please note that in some remote countries or due to customs processing, delivery may take up to 25 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or VAT fees imposed by their country's customs authority upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We advise you to contact your local customs office before placing an order to determine potential charges.
5. Tracking and Responsibility
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from SANA SANA STUDIO pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (i.e., when it leaves our hands). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
6. Shipping Address Changes
We can only update the shipping address before the garment enters the Shipping Phase (Phase 2). Once Phase 2 has begun, we cannot guarantee an address change. Please notify us immediately at hello@sanasana.earth if you need to change your address.
